The staff at New Style homes made our experience the best that it could possibly be. Michael was incredibly accommodating and worked diligently to make sure our home is exactly what we wanted. He took the time to answer all questions we had and he provided us with any resources we needed even after all was said and done. I thought about posting this for months and decided it’s important to share. Really disappointed with my experience at New Style Homes. On our first visit, Robert barely took the time to show us around he just gave a quick rundown and told us to come back if we had questions. It didn’t feel like he was interested in helping us at all. Whatever, I figured maybe he was having an off day or was extra busy. Later, after we decided on a model and secured our own financing, I reached out again ready to get things going and was met with the same attitude. He made me feel dumb for not using one of their preferred lenders, which was really uncalled for. He told me “I got ahead of myself” and told me I need to “go through one of our lenders”. This review is long overdue! We are extremely pleased with our entire experience at New Style. We decided to wait to review to share our experience from start to finishing up warranty work. To start we heard about new style through word of mouth after almost choosing another company that our bank did not want to work with. We told the bank we wanted to work with new style, and they said they were one of the best if not the best modular companies to deal with! I went in and spoke to Marc and told him what we wanted. Marc took time to speak to us without an appointment on a Saturday! We went through it all with marc getting everything finalized. Marc worked very well with us and the bank to nail down the final plan. I did General contract this project in which I took care of the groundwork

We placed the order for our house with Robert in June, they set the house in October, and have just wrapped it up beginning of December. All of the crews they sent were efficient, professional, and diligent. Communication with Robert was never an issue, he went above and beyond to make sure we were informed, and answered any questions we had along the way. The quality of the house exceeded our expectations, and they have been prompt with addressing any issues we have brought up. We looked at a few different modular companies locally, and are glad we picked New Style over the others. I don’t have anything negative to say about New Style Homes, or any of their crews/employees.

We love our new home! We had a very good experience with new style homes getting our perfect home. Working with Robert to order our home with the options we wanted and the multitude of questions he answered for us during the ordering process ensured we received exactly what we wanted for our home. During the construction duration we worked with Michael who managed all aspects of the build/finish work process. He answered our questions and managed all the subcontractors and utilities to ensure the project moved along to meet our timeline to get us into our house. He has also been keeping in touch and resolving any minor issues that have arose after moving in. The preferred contractors New Style used were great and on schedule. Darrin the in-house tradesman is also a pleasure to work with
