Admiral Property Management and Sales

I left my February condo fee check in the mail box outside the Admiral property's office on the Friday 2/13/26. (Monday 2/16/ 2026 is President's day.) According to Stacey, "After the 15th there is a one-time $25 late fee" and "The association allows until the end of the fifteenth before late fees are assessed." I was incorrectly assessed a late fee. Admiral has not replied or apologized for their 'error". Nor has Admiral Property's reversed the incorrectly assessed late fee charge.
