She has an encyclopedic knowledge of the business and a cheerful, professional attitude that makes all owners feel that they are in great hands! Highly recommend!!

We have called more than once for specific HOA information and were repeatedly told that it would be emailed. So far, it has been 2 weeks and still nothing. This place doesn't follow through and do what they say at all. We have even called twice to follow up and emailed and no results. WTH NH CORE PROPERTIES? Vanessa, you lied to us! I would give this place 0 stars if I could. Therefore, I gave them one star. They don't even deserve that thus far.
