The maintenance team responds quickly to any request, and snow removal is always handled promptly. I moved out after 13 months due to a state relocation and notified them ahead of time. I vacated the apartment on January 20, 2026, and my full security deposit—plus 6% interest—was mailed to my new address without any issues. I highly recommend Nexus Property Management to anyone looking for a reliable place to rent. They truly manage their properties as if they were their own.
