I recently moved into my apartment and the experience has been great so far. Sarah in the leasing office was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. She was friendly, professional, and always quick to answer any questions I had, which made the move in process much easier. I also appreciate how quickly the maintenance team responds when something needs attention. It is nice to see a team that cares about the residents and keeps things running smoothly. I’ve been living here for about a year now, and the management team has truly made my experience so much better. The manager Edgar and Sherlie an associate, have been such a pleasure to work with—this is exactly the kind of staff you want when choosing a place to live. Where to start— I truly love my home at Nexus Brandon. I feel safe here, and the apartments are always clean and well maintained. Sarah is such a joy; she's always ready to help, provides great customer service, and organizes wonderful resident events. Every time you see her, she greets you with a smile, warmly welcomes me when I come to the office, and shows genuine eagerness to assist. Her friendliness and caring nature make her a great asset to Nexus. I also want to recognize Edgar, who is always attentive whenever I call and ensures all my questions are answered. He always make sure to great me and has wonderful customer service.

I just have to share that the maintenance here at Nexus Brandon is above Superior. If there's an issue they fix it efficiently and accurately. They are kind and respectful. They go out of their way to help you. Sarah at the office is phenomenal. They know how to trade people and do it in a professional manner at the same time making you feel like part of the family
