We had a great experience working with Mike Levine. He was extremely knowledgeable and clearly demonstrated his expertise throughout the inspection. He took the time to thoroughly review the home and explain his findings in a way that was easy to understand to my clients. He also identified a couple items that had been missed by the seller's pre-inspection, which my clients greatly appreciated. His attention to detail and professionalism made a big difference, and we would absolutely recommend his services.

I was disappointed with this inspection. For a 555 sq ft condo, the inspection took much longer than expected, and the inspector did very little to educate or communicate with me and my buyer. He reported that a stove burner and the microwave were not working, but after I sent the repair list, the listing agent immediately checked and confirmed both were working — and even sent video proof. I’ve attended many inspections in my real estate career and have never had an experience like this. I believe this inspector needs additional training, and I will not be using this company again.
