NEXT Apartments

This is truly a bittersweet moment for us. We lived at Next Apartments for eight wonderful years and were among the very first residents to call it home. From day one, the staff made us feel like family. Sandy and Kowan (who are no longer there) welcomed us with such warmth when we first moved in. Angelo and Pablo have always been incredibly sweet, welcoming, and kind—greeting us every time we walk by and consistently staying on top of everything. The entire team works so hard and takes great pride in keeping the building organized and ensuring residents feel safe and cared for. The maintenance team—Adolfo, Rosa, Zahir, Bill, and Shefik—has been exceptional. They have been here since the beginning, which says so much. During my three years at NEXT, my experience was nothing short of fantastic. The concierge team is always friendly and goes the extra mile, and the engineering/maintenance staff respond incredibly quickly. The leasing team has also been wonderful— shoutout to Jefferson for the continued help and always taking the time to say hello. The amenities are great as well. The pool is clean and rarely overcrowded, the arcade and golf simulator are fan favorites.

I loved this location. My mother and I toured with Latifah last weekend. She was very knowledgeable, caring and so funny! GREAT energy! Although I’m not to planning to move until spring next year, I’m excited to come back and apply. Fingers crossed the apartment we toured is available 🤞🏾

I have recently moved into these Apartments. It is a very clean place!!! The leasing staff i.e. Jeff & Danny were very friendly with me. Due to some reasons my plans had changed and i needed to move-in earlier than expected, Danny and Jeff helped me with it without any problem. They have handled it very professionally and sorted things out for me

I currently live at Next and absolutely love this place. First, the amenities are great. The arcade is probably one of my fav things (gotta check it out). Everything is also always very clean and the building is very well maintained. Also, the staff is amazing. From the door staff, to leasing, to management, to maintenance. Staying in a building where you genuinely love the everyone who works there is a game changer. They have gone above and beyond to make sure that my experience has been the best as possible. I am so happy to be living here!
