Newton Gardens

I’ve been living in Newton Gardens for 2 years now. The new owner, Winn Companies, has been doing a great job from Day 1. Excellent communication—thanks to Amina. She is a great person, supportive, and responsive. I hope management is aware of how lucky they are to have her! They started by changing the fire alarms. Done! There was a bandwidth problem in my kitchen and bedroom. Sorted! The washing machine needed to be replaced. Done! Helpful maintenance crew. 👍 They are actively working to turn the facility into a lively place, and they are doing great!

Moved in last August have had two different companies managing the property Equally bad! The buildings are invested with mice. I mean several mice in your apartment week in and week out Rats outside crossing your path as you walk from parking Terrible rat problem at the dumpsters You can not put trash in without a rat coming out at you. Managers try to make all of this normal Acceptable but it is not ! The reality is no amount of pest control visits can solve this investation. All of this at Newton prices. I wish I knew this before signing the lease. Stay as far away as you can from this community. Do not be fooled as I was by the trees cute brick buildings

I just moved in and the on-boarding process was a great experience. Amina in the housing office was incredible and friendly. I was greeted with a friendly face and a kind mindset during what is usually a stressful process. I appreciate the efforts from the office staff. Great work during a chaotic time. Thanks!

Moved in two going on three months ago and this place has been a living hell since day one. Building was recently sold to Winn Residential to convert into affordable and workforce housing. Both the former owners (Princeton Properties) and new owners fail to do anything in a timely manner about a SEVERE Mouse infestation in building 131 other than put glue boards down and have pest control come out to literally be there for 5-10 minutes basically just filling the bait stations. STAY VERY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPLEX. Not worth the stress and anxiety day in and day out

Quiet and Amazing, My sister leaves here and she recently renewed with a newer staff member which made her feel at ease with her process, she wants me to move here but I'm too far! Maybe one day.
