This is review of NewRez in general, not specifically the Northfield office. However they are representatives and only interested in securing your business. The office offers no services otherwise. Once you are a “customer”, good luck with any reasonable customer service. My loan was sold to NewRez, which I understand is part of the industry, but their loan servicing is pretty terrible. Just like every corporate banking/borrowing experience I’ve had in the past, let’s see, 20 years. What is good for the borrower is no longer a consideration. NewRez is right up there with the worst when it comes to timely, accessible information and the ability to quickly speak with someone who has any answers. Good luck.
