Newport Apartments

Just moving in. Apt was ready as agreed. Follow up to address small things after a couple of days: maintenance guy was polite and worked quickly. Still waiting on lint trap to be cleared so dryer can be used.

I toured apartments all day, and this rental community was the last one I toured. The first thing I look for with any place, is how welcomed it makes me feel. It creates the whole vibe for any place you go to. I walked in and did not feel welcome at all. It was 5:20 & the office closes at 5:30. Sorry for coming so late, but that really shouldn't matter when it comes to a possible new resident for your apartment community. The tour took less than 5 minutes and because I felt rushed, I didn't bother asking all of the questions I asked the other apartment communities I toured today. I'm coming from another state and this disappointed me quite a bit. Along the tour, she didn't show me or talk about any of the amenities. I called and requested maintenance to come check out my disposal. They came within 20 min. And it took 2 min maybe to fix it.

My kitchen sink and dishwasher problem was resolved. I left while they were working and when I came back, both the sink and the dishwasher were working correctly

Small maintenance request, but,it was handled so quickly, I was pleasantly surprised!! Thanks!
