Newpark Flats Apartments

We were here for just under a year and had a great experience. Yassie is awesome and got us setup when we were in a bind to find a place. The view was incredible and we really enjoyed how close we were to everything. Highly recommend!

This is so cool and nice place for the newly couple. very recommended to anyone who wants to rent this place. Thanks to my daughter we stay for 2 weeks.

We’ve just moved in, about 3 weeks ago. But we very much like it. Chris is the property manager and I’m very impressed. We’ve lived in lots of apartment communities and he’s by far the most responsive, helpful, and professional. Move in was slick, and the finishes in the apartment are actually high end. The location is the best though, in a place that’s very difficult to find a place to rent Newpark Flats delivers. All the neighbors we’ve met are wonderful, and we have upstairs neighbors that we rarely hear. I’ve never heard my neighbors that live on either side of me through the walls. The parking garage is clean and smells good. The parking garage is warmer than outside when it’s cold out and cool when it’s hot out. Views are to die for. Rent prices are fair based on location as

I use to live here and an office worker named Angel, whom still works there would sneak into my apartment and go through my things. I caught it on video and now a mm going to press charges. He though I wasnt home one day and rang the doorvell like 50 times only to come in looking down awaiting my dog Ally, but was greeted by me. His face was that of shock and asked him ehat he was doing in my home? He said you were supposed to have been gone 2 weeks ago, but was lying because I had paid a full year of rent in advance (illegal btw which i learned later). Hes a manipulative liar and the reason I didnt tell my boyfriend was because he didnt like him because he thought two races shouldnt mix like that. SUPER FD UP. I CANT BELIEVE I DIDNT TELL HIM. Timd to do something about it.

Super chill apartment and great management. Love the finishes of the apartment and the swaner nature preserve views are unreal.
