Our Park City home built by Sherman Homes is hands down the best house we’ve ever lived in. The quality and craftsmanship are unmatched, and the professionalism throughout the entire process was exceptional. The Centriq system has been a game-changer for managing everything in the home—it’s incredibly user-friendly and convenient. Even well after closing, Brady has continued to be an incredible resource, always responsive and helpful. Sherman Homes delivers a level of care and excellence that’s truly rare. In 2016 our house underwent a major renovation done by Sherman Homes. The construction was accomplished in a very timely manner. We trusted the subcontractors who provided the work which was especially important as some of it had to happen while we were in another state. All of the crews were friendly and efficient. The final cost was very close to original budget and we feel we got excellent value for our money. Mr. Sherman is a good communicator and easily accessible. We were very pleased with the final product and currently he is developing a bigger project in a different part of the house.

Sherman Hayden built our home. We had nothing but good experiences with them and they built a beautiful custom home for us. Since the build they have been great to work with if we've needed them for any type of repair. They are honest, transparent, and create an overall good experience.
