Evolution Design Build Group

We feel very lucky to have found Evolution Builders (via a recommendation from our architect). We did a massive renovation of our Park City home (in Old Town which presented many additional unexpected hurdles to our project due to the city's rigid, and often ambiguous, policies for what can and cannot be done). Regardless- our project manager, Deb Armstrong, and the team at Evolution worked relentlessly to ensure the best quality results and finished our project in advance of our expected timeline! We couldn't be happier with how our project went and the results!

Bobby with Evolution headed the remodel of 2 homes within our HOA. The neighborhood is prestigious and requires high quality work and has some pretty specific design regulations. One remodel is just reaching completion, and was done in an impressive amount of time. The other is a major undertaking that took a house with no basement, and added a basement. For the second time in a single paragraph, I’ll use the word impressive. Most importantly, I have had a great experience with Bobby. I work as a Construction Coordinator and he is extremely responsive and has that old school “can do” attitude. He’s done a great job balancing the needs of his client with the needs of the HOA and Design Review board. Do hire Bobby. He is skilled and professional.

We are wrapping up a very significant remodel of our house and have nothing but praise for the incredible work of the Evolution team. Alex Bate and Deb Armstrong served as our project managers and they truly hit it out of the park. They were wonderful listeners and personally saw to it that every detail in the house was perfect. They kept our schedule running on time which is very rare from what I have heard about other general contractors. The subcontractors who they hired to work on our job were timely, respectful, and provided excellent work. They worked seamlessly with our designer to create the vision we had in mind for our home.
