My daughter has lived here for over ,15yrs. The previous owners had a nice place. Lots of regulations that made a nice place to live. New owners care Abt nothing. People live in ,2 bedroom apartments with 4 kids, junk an garage lay around, kids screaming an loud music. She has upstairs kids over flow tub an sink which I am sure has caused mold. I could go on an on. My advice, don't move here.

⚠️This is literally a place to live. Don't complain about anything!! it's useless because nothing will be done. even if it's illegal activity . The rules are for decoration they don't enforce them. This place is a stepping stone only. get the income based apart, save your money and move out !

I moved in bout 2 months ago, and absolutely love it here, pet friendly and your bothered by anyone, neighbors r awesome am here 2 stay

The office people are very nice. The outside the maintenance men are busy everyday clean it up making it look ver nice. For as many residents that live here in this community it's a nice quiet place the only time you hear the children and it's when they're at the playground and they're having a ball and it's one of the cleanest and most wonderful playground I haven't seen for a long time

They go over the lease with you so you trust what they say. Then, when a situation comes up and what they told you does not match the lease you are held liable. They have inspections all the time. It makes you feel like you have no privacy and/or it makes you feel like your a horrible housekeeper and they need to constantly check up on you. The mouse droppings all through the cupboards and closets was disgusting. It was reported and never taken care of. I would never recommend this place to anyone.
