I have been here for over four years. Over the last five months, I have had multiple issues with my apartment that have (apparently) been difficult to fix. My dishwasher, clothes washer and dryer have all been broken for some time, and after multiple requests to the leasing office, I have been strung along time and time again. I first made this issue known a month ago, and have had one person come out to look at my unit since then. He has told me that he has done repairs to the part that would at least get my clothes washer running again, but has not been given an updated work order to come out and fix it. In the meantime, I have spent additional money to go to a laundromat and wash/dry my clothes, since I can not have it done in my unit currently. This was one of the selling points

(THUMBS DOWN) I have a lot to say about the poor management of this community however there is not enough time or space. I will say that it has been 22 days of living with a leaking bathroom ceiling and it is asking a bit much for someone to be patient. The asking is not a conversation but SILENCE. With that said DO NOT CONSIDER LIVING HERE - THERE IS NO TELLING HOW MUCH MOLD IS GROWING IN THE WALLS/CEILINGS.

Stay away from this place, especially if you have kids! Our apartment was full of mold! You can hear everything from your neighbors conversations to them walking above you. We would always smell weed coming into our apartment. We moved out and bought a house and do not regret it. We have yet to receive our security deposit after I have been trying to reach them for months and am currently working on taking them to court for it! The reason they have good reviews is because they ask the tenants to leave one for a discount on their next rent, I know this because I've been asked to do so before. The pool is barely open in the summer they make you pay a $25 fee for a pass when they barely can get lifeguards to open up the place. Our apartment sucked, everything you can think of was wrong wit

My dad moved in last week. Got brand new appliances but they don't work. Paying extra for a washer and dry and the dry don't work. My refrigerator don't work. The freezer defrosting and the fridge is not cold. Maintenance hasn't fixed nothing. I keep putting work orders in and nothing got done. Can't hang up my clothes. They haven't fixed my closet. No hot water coming out the bathroom sink. Really regret moving here. Under new management and it seems like the old reviews sound like the new reviews.. If u don't have a parking pass they tow your car. They quick to tow but don't want to fix the issues in your apartment.. they need to be just as quick with the fixing. This is stressful. I came here to visit and help him out and these conditions are trifling..

I moved into Hidden Creek Commons apartments in January of 2019. I made several complaints to management regarding a mice infestation (emails and pictures to confirm), non-working bathroom sink and a broken HVAC unit in my apartment. In July the property manager decided to terminate my lease, issuing me a notice to vacate the premises. I believed that this was caused by my complaints and constant emails to the property manager. When she contacted me (via phone) in August the ask why I had broken my lease. I informed her that I received the notice to vacate and forwarded her the attachments. Please see the email chain below.
