New Peachtree Apartments

Currently reside in these apartments with my husband. I have been going through constant neglect and abuse by our roommates and I have left voicemails to the phone number listed but no action has been done. I had to call the police on multiple occasions because our roommates are disruptive, violent, and threatening. Also, we have yet to be given our mailbox keys. The landlord and roommates are withholding our mail from us which we plan to take this to court and sue if this does not get resolved anytime soon. I highly do not recommend these apartments for any college students, new people, or families to this area as the place me and my husband reside in is completely run down and unclean. There is black mold all over the walls and we have tried to address this but no action has been done at

Great place to live. Quiet, clean, and the staff is helpful. No issues so far, I’d recommend it.

El personal administrativo y de mantenimiento dan el 100% para solucionar cualquier problema. Muy atentos y serviciales. Es una comunidad mayormente hispana que se ubica a 3 minutos de la estación del metro Marta, a 5 minutos de Walmart, a 1 minuto de Chinatown y a 3 minutos de tiendas hispanas. Excelente ubicación, muy segura y confiable. Los apartamentos te los entregan listos para habitar con todos los servicios. Definitivamente un 10 de 10

Buen cervicio, ayudan a cada inquietud que tenemos, y siempre buscan solución . Están siempre pendientes a cada emergencia en la propiedad

Estos apartamentos se están callendo de viejos y muy caros los encargos no quieren arreglar nada
