New Day Property Managers

We've been renting an office space from New Day Property Management Company for almost two years now. We have nothing but wonderful things to say about this company and the team at New Day. Great people and wonderful managers. The Central Business Suites building is welcoming, beautifully remodeled, and always spotless. The conference room is spacious and a great spot to host partner meetings. Our office is private and quiet. The location is a great area of town and parking is phenomenal. It has been one of the best decisions we've made for our business to rent an office space at Central Business Suites. We're super grateful to them all and highly recommend reaching out to them if you're looking for office space, have a property you need managed, or are looking for rentals.

Lived here since 2013 and this is the best landlord ive experienced! The few problems we had, they were very timely and fixed them immediately. When encountering any issues, they communicate well. And as a vendor they have provided ample work, And have paid in a timely manner. I have zero complaints. I recommend them highly for any rental needs, and as far as work goes, they have provided many houses that supported us as a business. Thank you!

I normally don't post negative reviews but the unprofessional actions deemed it appropriate. I saw on available house managed by New Day online and was called about a week after paying and filling out an application to look at it. After I met with them, I expressed interest and was told they would call me on Monday but there shouldn't be any problems with me renting the property. After no contact on Monday, I tried calling several times that week. Once, I talked to someone who said they would call back and the other times there was no answer during normal business hours so I left voicemails. I have had good relations with many property managers and landlords over the years and never experienced this.

New day worked with us diligently to get us into Home quickly. We were in a home and the owners wanted to sell and I called Josh and the team and they really listened to what we needed and got us into a fantastic home. I love their use of technology to make paying rent Super easy. Joshua was super responsive and always a phone call away. Thank you New Day!

Josh at New Day has been amazing! He has been so quick to answer my texts and phone calls at any hour of the night and handled every issue that came up with care. As a single mom in a new city, I have been extremely grateful to have someone like him taking care of my rental issues. It’s a rarity to find property management like this!
