New Brigham Apartments

The property manager left a notice on my door for lease renewal and a phone number but no name. Not sure who is currently the manager. Tried to call and leave a message, but voicemail is full. Tried texting. No response. So… how does a tenant get in touch? I think it is incredibly disrespectful to leave a notice about my private information on a door for all to see. I know the management company has our email info. So? How can I resolve this? Your response to this comment was an invitation to email you, which I did -- you did nothing. If I could give this place a 0 I would, my fiancé and I lived here for 2 years and were bounced around 4 different management companies. Cornerstone Residential being the absolute worst and the current management, maintenance was not taken seriously at all. And upon moving out we did not see our deposit until a month and a half later after being repeatedly lied to. The “property managers” are extremely rude and unhelpful and do not have a care in the world. I gave my forwarding address 4 times yet the check was never mailed I went into their office 3 times and was given excuse after excuse as to why it wasn’t ready. This company and complex is an absolute joke. Please do not rent from them

By far the worst experience I have ever had at an apartment. You will regret moving in here I PROMISE. The AC/Heat don't work, the electricity doesn't work half the time, my stove and oven didn't work for the entirety of my lease. My hot water didn't work for over 3 months. Do not move here, I promise it is not worth it.

I lived here for a year and they changed property management three times. Cornerstone residential is the current management and they are terrible. The building is infested with cockroaches and they don’t take any maintenance seriously. They are rude when they do inspections and beg for good reviews. When I moved into the building there was a rotten pizza in the oven and the only thing that was clean was the carpet. The whole building constantly reeks of weed and nobody cares. Horrible horrible place.

New Brigham Apartments are perfectly located in Ogden not far from the freeway. Newly renovated units with good parking! Danielle the manager is awesome!
