Working with Shermeana has been a great experience. She is always professional, responsive, and easy to communicate with. Whenever I’ve had a question or needed something taken care of, she’s handled it quickly and made sure everything was resolved. Shermeana is a property manager who cares about her residents and keeps the property running smoothly. She is organized, friendly, and always follows through, which makes things much less stressful for her tenants. I would definitely recommend this property because of her.

I have been here going on 2 years. Few months ago we had a new management company take over and I must say things have improved tremendously. The new maintenance man Francisco is awesome and works very fast and he does his best to try to get the job done that day and if he can’t finish it, he will come early the next day to ensure that it’s complete so you don’t have to go without something. Things run more efficiently and overall it has became a good living environment to be here.

First things first the place nice and scenic. Perfect for a bachelor or single working adult. Amenities are nice and up to dat and the floor is great to me. Secondly the fact that Poncie so welcoming and has made the process soo easy and comfortable and fast getting everything ready is the cherry on top for me. She is a great communicator and she is very helpful and friendly. Which is a big deal for me. Definitely looked forward to my seeing what the future holds for me as I get settled into the community.

I came in for an apartment tour but unfortunately wasn’t able to tour the unit. The staff member I spoke with mentioned she had only been working there for two days, so it seemed like she didn’t have much information about the apartments yet. The experience felt a bit unorganized, and I was disappointed that I couldn’t actually see the apartment. Hoping the process improves for future prospective residents.
