NE Accurate Home Inspection

From the start, Phil was prompt and organized. I called on a holiday weekend, hoping to get an inspection appointment for the next week and he was able to schedule a visit to the property ASAP for us. He was incredibly thorough during the inspection and took time to point out and explain to us anything that could be a concern. We definitely learned a lot about the condo during his visit that we otherwise probably would never have been told. He emailed his report to us the very next morning (17 pages along with a list of definitions to reference and a copy of Inspection Standards of Practice) and we got the results of the Radon test just a few days after that.
