Fawaad was extremely easy to work with. It was my first time buying a multi family unit and I can’t tell you how helpful he was in helping me through the process. The communication and process was so easy and comfortable for me that when people ask me if it’s hard to buy a house I can easily say “not at all”. Not to mention even after the fact of buying the house, he still checks up on me just to make sure everything is running smoothly. I have no stress at all, thank to Fawaad! Fawaad is very knowledgeable of real state processes. He was very courteous in his interactions with us during the process of selling our property and building a new property. He literally held our hand during the entire process by looking out for interest and advising about pitfalls to avoid. I recall trying to find a lawyer for my transactions and spending few hours thinking about it. I contacted fawad and had a wonderful first encounter. Then whenever I tried to reach him he seemed busy and told me that he'll get back. But to no avail. It is difficult doing business with someone who doesn't have time, doesn't show initiative and discourages you from buying a particular house. Choose your realtor wisely!
