NDL Garden City - Maplewood Manor

I went to go view these apartments a couple weeks ago, the price was $925 a month, no air conditioning for a square box, didn't get to see their laundry room, I was told that their laundry room was downstairs, which would make it hard for disabled folks, now all of a sudden their rent drops to 825 on apartment guide. Which proves they can adjust the price of rent whenever they feel like it. 🤔

WORST APARTMENT EVER, the maintenance will curse you out just for asking to fix the heat. They are uneducated and don’t know a damn thing. I had to school them multiple times because they WANT ME TO FIX THE HEAT!! You’re a fool to rent here

Do not rent here. They will say you owe them money when you don't. Your lucky get anything fixed in a timely manor. In the 4 years been here they gone thru 7 or 8 management each one get worse

I used to live there , but moved out due to them changing 950 dollars and up for a very small apartment . The apartment complex has had 6 - 7 different owners and I have lived there for 6 years , finally got tired of them rising the rent every year .

Wow, what a change! Management/ownership has gone through the entire property and taken care of deferred maintenance, added a laundry room, and completely upgraded the interior of the apartments.
