Looks like a nice place to live, and be in the very center of town. The balconies seem like a good idea to make sure you get some fresh air everyday. Some of the residents in the summertime put out a bunch of house plants on their balcony for a tropical look. Not sure if you are allowed to have a barbecue grill on the balcony or not.
