Chase Bank

Very bad customer service!!! I gonna close my business accounts. Back to Bank of America again! Those 2 employees have bad attitude. Please manager check the cam !!!! I went to this bank yesterday 03/29/23 at 16:23 pm. Very bad experience there.

Good local bank location with great service. The associates here are so nice and patient with my 100 year old family members! Instead of just rolling their eyes as we come in, they sometimes actually remember their names. Parking lot is a little tight, so keep your guard up. They also have a bunch of drive through lanes on both sides of the building.

I'm disabled and the employees at this Bank are so helpful and understanding. Whenever I need to go to the bank I make sure I go to this one.

I would give no stars if I could. Banker was condescending and unprofessional. Answered questions in a way that makes it seemed like she was faulting you for not knowing. She appeared very judgmental.
