If you’re assigned this appraiser, Reynaldo Fernandez or NDF Appraisals Inc. from the lender or if you are in search for an appraiser to hire in South Florida, do what you can to avoid Reynaldo. First: he showed up to our property late (it’s a rental and timing matters between turnovers), while on site he left our doors wide open for the full 30 minutes he was on site, letting anything in or out (AC…) without concern for our property. We had to give him access to the property and there was nobody on site other than him. We could see what was being done remotely from security cameras, and we believe that led him to take any liberties he wanted, with no concern for our property. Very unprofessional.
