Natomas Park Apartments

I’ve lived here for about four years, and I can honestly say the property feels different now in a good way. There’s been a lot of office turnover over the years, but the new staff has really improved things. The office team is friendly, and Marissa, Garyn, and Maikiah have all been nice and helpful anytime I’ve needed something. I also like that they’ve started doing things like the food drive it feels like they’re trying to build more of a community again.

I didn’t even make it out of the application process that’s how unprofessional these people are. I submitted my application on Tuesday, but Friday I hadn’t heard anything back ( most applications take 72hours at most ). I called and they told me I had to come in person and see the unit and put a deposit down in person. It said nothing about this online, the guy in the office kept telling me I needed to come down into the office basically in order for my application to get processed. Just doesn’t make sense at all. I tried to take the cheap way out and got what I asked for a cheap unprofessional property

This review is being written based on my first experiences upon moving in and will be subject to change should my experience change during my time living here. So far, I am happy with the move in transition: apartment was super clean, and maintained properly completed. Any new requests for maintenance were always fulfilled quickly and to satisfaction. We are very happy with the move in experience so far. So maintenance and office staff get 5 stars. However, I can't really give 5 stars in this review, because of the environment/people living here seem shady and low vibrational. I've met two women so far that try to cast doubt by bad mouthing others and hinting at crime etc., so I'd move out or not want to stay here! Then there are other types that creep me out. Living at Natomas Park apartments by far has been the best experience ever. The management team! Ms. Nineveh is absolutely amazing! I love how this apartment complex is hands on! And very caring! They deserve best management team year award!! I have never came across any team such as them! Very concerning and adherent to anything that may be concerning in the living area or just a simply fixer upper in your personal home. Ms. Nineveh, Adam and Charlie are hands down the best team ever! You won’t ever have to worry feeling left out. They make you feel like family, and loved! No matter what background you come from! They will work with you! I highly recommend these apartments! Washer and dryer are not available if you need one they place you on a wait list. It hard to get a return phone call if it's something you need you're better off leaving a letter, there is a bug a mice probably. People leave trash everywhere all the time. Parking spaces are small. It is up to you to set up the upgrades they offer you when you sign a new lease otherwise none of it will get done. Nice place to live if you're never home and don't have children. They have rent up on my rent twice in the last couple of months I called to ask why and for someone to call me back they just left the note again lol smh to the poor customer service's and I have contacted housing to look into why my rent went up twice with in my year lease.
