Tracy Murphy did inspections on 2 different houses of ours. He was very professional, did it in a timely fashion, and explained everything he was doing and the results so we could understand it. Mr. Murphy inspected an unused property that we planned to bring into operation. He inspected every aspect: plumbing, electrical, HVAC, structure etc. we found his expertise extremely valuable and his report beyond detailed.
