They are redeveloping behind my house. Constant construction at all hours and they have a weekend permit too. They are building retail not a hospital. They could care less about the residents that abut their property. In addition now that its up and running they have created a live music venue that abuts 4 residential house. Despite their 8 foot fence we are still there. No care for their neighbors. In addition there are tons of rats burrowing under their parking lot that abuts my property and they put of a fence and ignored their responsibility to take care of burrows. Pushed the issue to us and for some reason the city can't get them to fix property either. Money gets you far in this city.

Booked an apartment, paid deposit on-line with Visa. The charge for Visa processing: $17.50! A downright extortion? I think so.
