New management drags their feet on everything. They are never in the office and if they are no one knows anything. Raised the price of rent as well. Twice in a year. No amenities and no pets allowed.
I'm giving 4 stars because of the neighborhood, otherwise I would give it 5. The apartments are new, spacious, right on the Monon trail, and the apartment manager Tasha is the best. Maintenance came right away to fix things (there's not much to fix as the place was just built) and were great with regular maintenance (air filters, etc.). I lived here for 2 years.
Trash apartments. Terribly managed, in fact I’ve never seen management in office. Tenants are extremely disrespectful. Love screaming at one another. You’d be shocked the apartments were built in 2015
I live in the neighborhood all my life 🧬,and ,l love the surroundings my moms and dads both come from the neighborhood as well 😀 Thank ♂️✌️🙌
My Aunt stay there I went to visit I love it and the view Mary John Rose..
