Nantucket Cove Apartments

for my first apartment it was perfect!!! maintenance response is pretty fast. my little two bedroom was great for my son and i. after the first year at lease renewal time they raised my rent over 100 dollars so that really wasn’t cool… i get inflation but 100 bucks??? besides that my kitchen sink had backed up and overflowed in my apartment because i’m bottom unit and something got clogged since the main pipe ran through my stuff and i got the result of a clogged pipe, not a good experience but they eventually made it out and called a plumber. parking in the tiny lot is atrocious. many people that don’t live in this building, park here anyway. it’s frustrating when you pay so much to live here and can’t even park in your lot to get to your apartment. the giant light they have over the park
