My son and I lived here for 5 years and had great memories. The neighbors were friendly, the pool, the playground—everything was perfect. Floricka, her husband and their daughter Mariana are absolutely amazing! The best landlords to have. 🙏🏽🤍

My son and I moved here over 3 years ago. It was one of the best decisions ever! Marianna, Florica and everyone here are truly amazing. There is never a problem that it not taken care of as soon as they can. Mostly, it's the feeling like family. They help and listen and never make you feel like they don't have time. We lucked out when we found this apartment complex. They gave us a home. Hugs & Love to you all Marianna!

I can’t say enough great things about this apartment complex! The management team is truly outstanding—friendly, professional, and always responsive. Any time there is a question or needed assistance, they’ve addressed it quickly and efficiently. The property itself is beautifully maintained, with excellent amenities and a welcoming atmosphere. It’s clear they genuinely care about their residents and go above and beyond to ensure everyone is happy. Highly recommend living here!

I lived there before getting a new job and moving out of state. I loved the family friend atmosphere and management was amazing! The management fixed things immediately and were willing to help or address any issues that arose. This is a great family run business and they are very resident friendly. I loved the pool as well. I met some of my very best friends while living there. If I ever move back to the area then I would love to live back here. Close to restaurants, bakery, gas stations and not far off the highway!!

I have lived here for over 5 years. I have no complaints. If I have an issue with anything in the apartment they have fixed the issue. For being an apartment this place feels like home. Moved out over a year ago into an actual house for rent and it didn’t work out. The landlords which is a family were nice enough to work with us to let us move back in. They are willing to work with you and that’s rare to find in landlords. They are really understanding. They truly care for their tenants! Highly recommend. Have lived in several of the apartments here and they are wonderful!
