I have just renewed my lease at Tower Regency. The staff is top of the line. Beverly, Mo, Brendan & Adam, are all like family. They have addressed any problems I have had immediately. They are truly an asset to your company. I give them all 5 stars!!! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Beverly and her staff are the best. This year will be 7 yrs. I came right after Beverly came up from Florida . The new owners have done a fantastic job with property. Keep it up I am here to stay!!

Moving into our first family home has been nothing short of a dream come true, largely thanks to the incredible apartment we found. From the beginning , the experience has been nothing but positive. The apartment itself is beautiful. It's not just the aesthetics, it's the sense of comfort and security that truly makes it feel like home. One of the amazing things about being here is the amazing landlord and maintenance team. By far the best apartments around, would recommend to anyone. I feel so home here. Bev and her team is some the best people I know. I am honored to have gotten to know them. They go out there way to make sure your safe and comfortable in your home while your there.

I’ve lived on the property ab 2 years (2 different occasions). I love the environment and the community that the landlord is trying to make between the buildings. Very clean apartments with quiet neighbors who for the mind their own. They’ve made a lot of changes to the apartments over the time I’ve been with tower regency, trying to make the place nicer always! Love living on the property, affordable housing for low income families with very spacious apartments! Have heard that Rent pricing might be changing tho not so happy about but, over all great place for a starter home! Have even recommended a few friends to move in on property!
