This apartment complex, Lakeside on Spring Valley is an absolute disaster. Roaches everywhere, no matter how clean the place is, staff do not care about mold growing on windows even if it leaks. 2$, for laundry outside of your apartment. Save yourself the stress and don't even bother with this place.
