Big shoutout to MV Properties and especially Wendy! She's seriously the best. Communication-wise, she't on point, always there whenever I shoot her a message about anything. The way she handles stuff around here is just awesome. MV Properties always lets you know of upcoming repair work / noisy work and the maintenance team takes care of everything in a timely manner. The apartments are clean upon move-in and are very nice, overall. Great rates too (for San Diego)! I've rented at two different properties with this group and have had the best experience I've ever had with a landlord, hands down.

Wendy, Nick and Jackie are the best property management professionals I have ever worked with. I've lived in many places all over the country and these guys are hands down the best I've every had. They are so nice and friendly every time I speak with them, professional, have a sense of urgency, and actually get things done. Our old managers were not that great but sense they have all came on boards things are amazing. Thanks so much for all you do.
