Beach Colony

Oscar at the Beach Colony is the property manager I have to give him two thumbs up! He is the best property manager any company could possibly have. He’s so assertive and make sure that all the tenants here at the beach colony are taken care of 110%. Without him this place would be upside down! Number 59

Just moved in to this lovely community last week. After searching the whole area of Del Mar, Beach Colony stood out and we kept going back to make sure this would be "our place". Our lease is only for 6 months but we hope to make this our permanent "get away" as we live in the hot desert full time. Everyone from Julie and Oscar have been great. The residents are very friendly and helpful. Great amenities and right across the street from the beach!

I have work with beach colony apartments in the past. They were great to work with. Joe Krause was very helpful.

Julie is awesome this place was a pleasure during our short stay. They treat you like you should be treated super accommodating and flexible. Location cannot get much better.

The man in the office is extreme rude in response to questions. He acts like an entitled snob.
