Bella Del Mar Apartments

I lived here for about two years. It is overpriced, and many residents complain about it. The day I moved in, a construction crew was still working in my apartment. Management didn't tell them when I was moving in, so nothing was set up for me. I had a water leak the day I moved in. They never cleaned my apartment professionally before I moved in; it was disgusting. I reported mold, and they found a separate water leak, but they never fixed the original mold problem I reported. So I had recurring mold issues for two years! They blamed the coastal location for the issues. The residents are not diverse, and if you are, they will make their racism known to you and pretend they aren't racist. It is terrible to live here. Bella Del Mar is a great place to live. Terrific location close to the beach, shopping and I-5. Management and staff are exceptionally responsive. Whenever I've submitted a work order, it's taken care of the same day or the day after. The buildings and grounds are well maintained. It's quiet, safe and we regularly have special offerings like food trucks, car detailing, etc. This is the second HG Fenton complex I've lived in and they're so good at what they do that I've passed on other properties for fear that the management won't be as good.

I have been getting my hair cut/colored by Angela at Bella Villa for many years now and have always had a wonderful experience. I have also observed high quality service from the other stylist, too. I highly recommend!

We love living at Bella Del Mar, and a big reason for that is Max! He’s warm, approachable, and always ready to help with anything residents need. What really stands out is how much he cares—he plans events that bring people together and has made it a point to create a positive, connected vibe throughout the neighborhood. Max is an incredible asset to the management team, and we truly hope he stays with us for years to come!

We lived in Bella Del Mar for a year and a half and had a wonderful experience. The apartments are in good shape with spacious master bedrooms. The neighbors are very friendly. There are community events like happy hours and food trucks. Maintenance is prompt and hassle free. Isaac and his team are phenomenal! Overall, I’d highly recommend Bella Del Mar as a place to stay.
