The carpet everywhere is stained and really gross, it took literal months for dried ketchup and mold to be cleaned from the carpet on the second floor. It also frequently smells like cigarette smoke and weed in the halls and it gets into the apartments as well, when they are supposed to be non smoking units. Security is also an issue, multiple packages have been stolen but the leasing office says it the issue is “out of their hands”.

I rarely leave reviews, but I feel obligated to warn others about my experience living there. From the beginning, management was unresponsive and disorganized. Maintenance requests were routinely ignored or delayed for weeks, even when they involved essential services like plumbing or air conditioning. The staff often gave conflicting information, and follow-through was inconsistent at best. Noise levels were a constant issue, with little to no enforcement of quiet hours. Security felt like an afterthought. Moving out was no better, there was no final inspection and deposit was not returned and false charges applied after move out. Charges were added with little explanation and zero transparency. In short, this complex may look nice on the surface, but my experience marked by mismanagement

Constant flooding, maintenance requests ignored for 8 months and counting, extremely poor communication from representatives and management. Avoid this place if you care about living somewhere safe, functional and with staff who care about providing you with care, service, consideration or value for the rent investment you entrust them with to upkeep your home and keep you safe in which they fail to deliver on miserably.

I lived in the shared apartment with four other roommates. It was the most unregulated and poorly managed experience I’ve ever had. My bathroom light went out because rain water leaked into it and shorted it out. No one had a key to our bedrooms so I would have to miss work to have it be fixed…so it never got fixed. When it would rain or snow there would be leaks coming through the bathroom ceiling. One of our roommates was allowed to have two dogs that were able to go potty all over the apartment, on my things, drag garbage all over the apartment - continually complaining with pictures did nothing to stop this behavior. As the behavior of the roommate was not corrected and only got worse and more disruptive and abusive I decided to leave, I’m still getting rent notices in my email after I

The landscape maintenance is a disgrace. It is almost May and nothing has been done to maintain the landscape. This happened last year as well. The place is a disgrace.
