We needed a pre-inspection on a very competitive home in D.C. Mark came on very short notice. Throughout the inspection, he was extremely professional, evaluating the house and pointing out all discrepancies to us. More importantly, he explained how all the equipment in the home worked, showed us access to all the mechanical features (including how to access the roof HVAC systems), and discussed positive aspects of the house. His punch list of items needing to be addressed was completely accepted by the home owner and builder. We look forward to a continuing relationship with Mark as we enjoy our new home. Mark came recommended by my agent as we were moving through a quick housing closing process. He was very flexible and came out right away to do an inspection. I arrived at the house about 2/3 of the way through his inspection, but he took the time to stop and walk me through everything he had seen and noted. The weather wasn't playing well (snow on the roof), but Mark came out again to diagnose a leak some flashing as the snow melted after his initial inspection. He also took the time to chat with me via phone whenever I had questions on some of the inspection items. Lastly, we had a few items repaired prior to closing and Mark was -- once again -- there to help diagnose the items were repaired as stated by the owners. He didn't even charge us for coming out again, which was amazing. An

Thorough. The best word to describe someone serving in Mark's capacity. Service was received in the best timely manner possible. That's from the time I first made my call, to the time I've received my reports. Property Owners/Managers can't afford to not have the likes of Mark in their rolodex(es). I was pleased with my service(s), and don't envision using anyone else.
