This correspondence addresses serious issues concerning the services provided by MRA Property Management within our community, specifically relating to the execution of construction work, required permitting, and the recent abrupt termination of services for our building. 1. MRA has managed the Devonshire III HOA for approximately 20 years. As a Board member for past few years, I find them professional, and true to what a Property Management office does. In recent years, the staff has been polite and very helpful to the Board, myself, and our unit owners. We especially thank Ginger and Linnea for their constant attention. I have lived in my community for over 24 years and have been very pleased with MRA Property Management. For the last 5 years, I have been the president of the board of my community and dealt with a transition of one fabulous property manager to another! I was a little concerned about the transition initially, to a new manager, but Angel picked up right where Teasa left off. Angel is very responsive, patient, understanding, knowledgeable and makes sure things get done in our community. She will go above and beyond to get questions answered and make sure we are happy with the outcome.
