She is incredibly responsive and communicative every step of the way, which has made a stressful process so much easier to manage. Anytime we have a question or concern, she is quick to offer clear, helpful solutions. It’s rare to find someone so professional, kind, and on top of things, Cat goes above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly for us. We will definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a rental. The maintenance team is professional and responds quickly. Cat, our main point of contact since day one, has always been so helpful and nice and super professional. She always responded quickly to any questions or needs we had. We felt like she truly cared. During our move out she was very informative and made the process easy and stress-free. We’ve heard stories of people's awful experiences with other rental management companies. We are so grateful that our experience with Cat and MoveZen has been nothing but good!!

The process so far with MoveZen, particularly with my agent, Cat, has been really smooth and really easy. From signing the agreement to getting the house listed, it was less than 2 weeks. In fact, within 2 days of having the keys, Cat had gotten professional photos done and had the house listed. Cat has kept me informed and updated throughout the process. I appreciate that’s she’s worked so well with me while I’m living out of state. I feel confident in how they screen potential tenants, and the work they put in to make the property stand out online. The need to rent my house came unexpectedly and very last minute, but Cat and team have really eased the stress for me. I also appreciate their transparency, in that they prepared me that this market is tough, but being willing to work with me
