I was really confused by the good reviews versus the bad reviews here. I thought about it and figured it out. They are helpful while you live there and will do anything to get you to sign a lease because it is so shady in its wording. The minute you are leaving, they are shady as can be and charge you for so many things and look for any reason not to return your security deposit. This place should be reported for the way they conduct business. The leases are written in a way that once you leave they will demand thousands and based on the paperwork, they feel protected... it is one big corporation against young working-class individuals and they know it. AVOID. AVOID. AVOID.

Please read your lease very carefully before signing. My experience with Vintage Corporation was extremely disappointing. Information provided verbally by office staff did not align with the actual lease terms, and policies appeared to change without written agreement. The lease language strongly favors the management company, not the renter. After nearly three years as a tenant, communication became difficult during a legitimate hardship, and professionalism declined significantly. I made every effort to remain calm and respectful, but was met with poor communication and dismissive treatment. Based on my experience, I would not rent from this company again.

If you’re looking for a “fine” apartment where the amenities are overpriced and they’ll keep your deposit, this is the place for you. I only have negative things to say about the integrity of the management here. If you’re considering Rain Dance apartments I would highly recommend looking elsewhere. They consistently overcharge residents and lie. Save yourself the stress.

I have lived here for 3 years and overall it’s been a fine experience. All of the issues I’ve had have been with the other people that live here and not with management or building issues. People don’t clean up after their dogs and consistently smoke indoors and outside close to HVAC units. We have a baby and have very inconsiderate neighbors on both sides of us that do this multiple times a week.
