Mountain Ridge Apartments

We have only been living here about a week but I can’t say enough good things about our new manager Melanie! She has been so incredibly helpful as we have tried to balance two apartments at once, and has been more than generous in giving of her time and her resources to us! She is always quick to respond to requests, and is willing to go out of her way to help and answer any questions we have! The apartment itself is perfect for our growing family! The bedrooms are very spacious, and having two bathrooms has been so convenient when we have guests over!

The new owners/management team are awesome. They’ve been updating and repairing like crazy since they took over in January. The parking lot is always plowed and the sidewalk and stairs are always clear. The rent is pulled out in a timely, consistent manner every month so you don’t have to worry about ending up with multiple rent checks being taken out in one month, and everyone is very friendly. While the apartments may be older I feel they are cozy and we enjoy living here. We’re excited to be here for all the changes they have planned. I’d recommend these apartment to anyone looking for family housing.

Manager is easy to work with and accommodating. Plenty of free parking spaces which is super nice. Good sized apartment for what you pay.

They are cheap and cozy and they do the job. Just buy space heaters if you are going to live here, the heating is weird.

We loved our time at Mountain Ridge! The management is wonderful and goes above and beyond. We were sad to leave.
