Mountain Cabin and Home Builders (MCHB, LLC)

We signed a contract with MCHB LLC to have a 2/2.5 cabin built on our lot in Gatlinburg, TN. There were numerous things that were not completed as discussed, underground propane tank installed on the opposite side of the home from what was discussed, breaker box mounted on exterior of home when we clearly communicated to the owner of MCHB that we wanted it on the inside of the home, among several other issues because of poor communication with this builder. Hire a home inspector! We used Justin with Hands On Home inspectors. So glad that we did as he found numerous code violations that had to be corrected or completed by the builder. We contracted with MCHB to build a home on property we bought in Sevierville, Tennessee. The build process while complex with multiple design changes, was completed on time within the terms of our construction loan with some change orders incorporated (as to be expected). The build quality is top notch, the interior design decisions from the team were incredible and ongoing communication with the entire team including the project manager in the process handled well. We are very happy with the end product!
