Amazed by the professionalism, response time and great communication time working with Mosaic. We recently started working with them and from the start have had an excellent experience. No complaints. When we moved in our home was in very good shape. Looks like they really took pride in making sure it was clean and ready for us! During the inspection process we found a few things and requested maintenance. Within ONE day, we had a response from management and items were quickly repaired or in process of being worked on. Think twice before renting from Mosaic Property Management. I signed an 18-month lease at a privately owned apartment managed by this company, and from start to finish, the experience was extremely frustrating. For example, when my lease began, I had to pickup the keys from their office in Gilbert while my property was nearly 40 minutes away in North Phoenix. They could've just left them on my door in a lock-box, like most other companies do. The best part? They forgot to give me my gate fob, so I had to go all the way back to their office again to pick it up. From then on, it was nearly impossible to reach anyone when I needed assistance.
