Mosaic - ICI Homes

Building our dream home and living in the wonderful lifestyle community is one of the best decisions we have ever made as a family. We LOVE our beautiful, strong ICI Homes which has now survived several hurricanes and protected us while providing us with such a beautiful life. The community here is alive and active and fun! Every week there's some sort of event at the clubhouse with food trucks, live entertainment and activities for all ages. If you are looking for your next home and neighborhood, I highly recommend ICI Homes in Mosaic. Not only can you trust ICI Home to build you a beautiful and sturdy house, but you you'll find the kind of neighborhood and neighbors that many dream of!

Beautiful homes, but they control the association, the board, and all amenities. With that said, they communicate extremely poorly to the residents they have a fiduciary duty to represent. They make decision such as not fixing the A/C in the gym and shutting the gym down, for going on three of the hottest months this year and counting... Update to my review: On August 7th, 2023, I mailed a letter to all three board members and the Director of Customer Care at ICI. To this day, I have not received any acknowledgment or response from them.

Mosaic is an exceptional community of luxury homes in Daytona Beach. The beautiful and thoughtfully designed homes feature modern appliances and finishes that are both functional and stylish, making for a truly luxurious living experience. What sets Mosaic apart from other communities is the wide array of amenities available to residents. The open-air pool and sundeck are perfect for soaking up the Florida sun, and the state-of-the-art gym is great for staying fit and healthy. The community is also ideally located, with plenty of attractions and amenities within easy reach. The LPGA is just a short walk away, and there are beautiful lakes and parks in the surrounding area, including a nice park for kids. While the community does not have its own tennis courts, there are courts available

House was built three years ago and main water pipe busted from the builders side.Plummer said the builder side of the pipe that meets the city portion was put in wrong. The PCV pipe was under the water line enclosure and not in between the channel. Had to pay $500 to fix and waiting for my insane water bill that’s coming.Called ICI and they said it’s not their problem and no accountability that it was installed wrong. Didn’t even get a sorry to hear that about your house that’s only 3.5 years old.

Great little community! The building process has been challenging since 2020, however ICI has done everything they can to keep a new home experience a pleasant one. Delays with supplies are out of the builders control anymore. But taking action and communicating when an issue comes up is very valuable for both sides. Emma and Patrick have stayed on top of our home build and communicated any updates or possible delays weekly with us. Thankful for all they have done for us. Activities in the community are great too-
