DO NOT MOVE IN. Management is lazy and do not try and accommodate you in any way shape or form. You’ll never find parking. Management knows tenants have more than one family in the apt and they do not care. They have like 8-10 people in one apartment and they all have vehicles and they park inside the complex taking all the guests spots and management act like they’re unaware. Tenants use their assigned garage as storage and park all their vehicles in guest spots hence, no parking ever. Oh and they bring their work utility trucks inside the complex and park them inside too. You can clearly see the companies name, their logos, ladders and tools sticking out the truck, I mean no control or order with parking at all. And good luck washing your clothes. Do not move here. This was the worst Apartment I have ever had. This community was the definition of deception. They advertise it as if it is a decent community. They put new paint on the outside of the place and kept me up for over two weeks with the tile replacement on the roof but nothing was done to the inside of the home the inside of the apartments are so outdated you would think that they’re from 1980 with the apartment complex was originally built. This property has been the worst property I have ever had the pleasure of calling my apartment. There is 10 to 15 people living in every single apartment therefore there is never any parking. And the parking lot is always full of those 10 to 15 people per apartments children running jumping playing on bikes playing soccer unsupervised in

I have been leaving and renting at this apartment complex for 7 years and I’m going to honest , I’m really happy with the results so far. The pool its nice and clean, the gym it’s comfortable and big with everything we need to have our work out time pleasant. And the apartments are big, rooms are big and we just had the roof work and stucco work done and it looks great. The laundry rooms are always clean because of the good care the maintenance people does In them. Emma , Liz and Anel are very nice and always willing to help out the tenants in any way they can, they are very helpful and reliable. I highly recommend any one that’s looking to rent an apartment to check this place out and you won’t regret. I highly recommend.

Since the new management took over, Mosaic Apartments has completely fallen apart. Every issue in this community comes directly from how careless, disorganized, and useless the management team is. Instead of improving the property, they’ve made living here harder and more stressful in every way. Parking is one of the biggest disasters. Management removed nearly twenty spaces just to dump trash, leaving residents with nowhere to park. Rather than finding a proper solution, they ignore complaints and expect tenants to deal with the chaos. The same lack of responsibility shows in their handling of construction. Projects have been delayed over and over again, postponed four times or more, with nothing to show for it except noise, dust, and frustration for the people who actually live here. T

We had such a wonderful experience working with Liz! She was incredibly professional, friendly, and attentive throughout the entire process of helping us rent our apartment. Liz was always quick to respond to our questions, explained everything clearly, and went above and beyond to make sure things went smoothly.
