I do like this place!! The pools nice, apartments are nice and in a non crazy/busy part of town. People around are nice and genuine and management system is good at communicating, as well as maintenance, things don’t take too long to get fixed really either. But also I don’t think my apartment was fully cleaned when we moved in last august, the people before us had a dog and dog hair was everywhere and in the carpet and on the floors, as a person with allergies the first couple of months sucked haha and we had contacted management but heard nothing back so to my best ability I tried to clean as much as I could. Also I will say parking is a big ugh, winter or during school year if you aren’t parked infront of your building by like 6:30 pm there’ll be no spots and you’ll have to park allll t

Truly one of if not the best places I have lived in and I have lived in many many properties. Management was great, the amenities are nice and move-in, move-out was wonderful. They answer to maintenance requests promptly, and are always receptive to our requests. For how nice these complexes are, the price isn't that bad either compared to a lot of luxury apartments. One thing is that while they give you a move out packet at the end to ensure your apartment is cleaned, they do charge a hefty amount for a lot of small stuff. Just make sure you take before and after pictures of every corner and you're good. Other than that I cannot recommend this place enough, I do wish I work nearby to live here again.

Have had a great experience! There were instances of an old fire alarm and moldy washer, but the maintenance was super quick and helpful. The modern appliances ensure working appliances, and they always communicate very well when the pool is out or anything else is awry. Would recommend!!

Appliances were good and for the most part, updated appliances. I will say, make sure your seal is good around your outside door, I constantly had problems with rain and snow getting in. Also, if you have someone living above you, get some noise cancelling headphones or ear plugs. Yes, it is normal to hear people, but not to the point of being woken up in the middle of the night. Walls are extremely thin. The staff do not help with any issues that you’re having. If you have a noise complaint, you’re on your own as they do not do anything about it. The cost of rent is not worth it enough to live there.

My boyfriend and I live here and he has lived here previously, we really enjoy it here. The amenities are worth the price plus only paying electric makes it really affordable with multiple people. The apartment was clean and ready on move in day and signing the lease and touring was a breeze! -Isabelle Ballantini
