Having lived in Barrington for 27 years I was well aware of the John Morrison Team so when I made the decision to sell the house my 6 children were raised in, I made one phone call...to John Morrison. John met me at the house and told me exactly what needed to be done in order to sell the house quickly and at top of market pricing. I followed John's instructions implicitly and after some major renovation that John deemed necessary, (thankfully he has an exceptional stable of contractors that were top shelf!), the weekend the property went live we received multiple offers above list price.
