At first, everything looked great. It started after we signed the contract, we had the feeling that the agent was working against us (sellers) and was more on the buyer's side. The house was selling slower than the agent hoped, and she took three weeks of vacation; yes, she gave us another agent to represent her but that did not work either. It looks like she blocked something in the MLS because we had not had a single showing for three weeks, and the day she came back, the showings started again. We eventually sold the house but paid more money at the closing than anticipated. She never informed us that the home warranty for the buyer was in the contract, and we never agreed to it; she just asked us to sign, never went through the lengthy document with us, and never pointed out the warran
