11/2024 Update: I have now used Michelle for purchasing 2 single family properties (Woodstock and Crystal Lake) and selling 1 three unit apartment building in Chicago! My rental property was only on the market for a couple of days before it sold! Michelle was excellent and made the whole showing process easy. I was always pleasantly surprised with the speed with which she got back to me- responding so quickly to any calls, texts and emails. I have sold 8 properties and and purchased 12.
